Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and own the global procurement training strategy.
  • •Create and continuously update training content in Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), including translations and training videos.
  • •Communicate and deliver training, build a network of training champions, and run train-the-trainer campaigns across business groups.
  • •Develop and deliver procurement leadership programs and research external partners for leadership materials.
  • •Define and track training KPIs and collect feedback to measure effectiveness, run competency assessments, and run global MasterClass sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in a similar field.
  • •Knowledge of Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) as a training development tool.
  • •End-to-end ownership of the training agenda and content lifecycle.
  • •Experience developing and delivering senior/leadership programs (advantage).
  • •Advanced communication, storytelling, resilience, agility, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
