Own and implement global procurement training strategy end to end. Develop and update training content in Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), including translated materials and video modules, and deliver trainings and train-the-trainer programs across business groups. Build and run procurement leadership programs with HR, manage competency assessments, track KPIs and feedback, and measure training effectiveness while partnering with stakeholders globally.
