Key Responsibilities

  • •Own project delivery from inception through commissioning and handover, coordinating construction-related activities across the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate with the general contractor and architect/engineer services provider, including constructability reviews, risk mitigation planning, and baseline schedule development with progress updates.
  • •Support design phase services such as minimum functionality case development, value engineering contributions, long-lead procurement input, RFP support, and review of drawings for constructability issues.
  • •Oversee construction phase activities including site visits, review of submittals/RFIs, alignment of contractor schedules to contract requirements, and coordination of commissioning plan execution.
  • •Conduct inspections and support punch-list issue tracking and resolution, coordinate with cost/scheduling representatives for reporting and dashboard updates, and ensure project documentation is loaded into the client system of record.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of construction field experience and the ability to be highly effective in a client-facing role.
  • •Degree in construction management or equivalent and OSHA certified.
  • •Proficient, expert-level experience using Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to lead, coordinate, and organize multiple stakeholders including general contractor and deliver project/program status reports.
  • •Ability to work on-site and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
