Vice President, Commercial Banker- Innovation Banking

Identify and develop a target market for startup banking clients, building a new book of business through solicitation, relationship management, and visits/calls. Underwrite, negotiate, and coordinate the closing of major and complex loans while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. Partner with treasury to support deposit product solutions, maintain customer data and reporting, and represent the bank in community and civic functions to strengthen market position.
