Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure procedures are followed accurately.
  • •Maintain safety and quality standards in all operations.
  • •Support and assist in executing team/organization strategies.
  • •Participate in developing and implementing new ideas, techniques, procedures, or products under guidance.
  • •Develop basic knowledge and skills for current job requirements and maintain accurate records/data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.02 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Rotate shifts on a 5-day or 7-day schedule.
  • •Lift/carry objects up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 80 lbs, including climbing ladders/stairs and working at heights.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production role with strong safety understanding.
  • •Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • •Maintain accurate records and data, use basic hand and power tools, and have basic Microsoft computer skills.
