Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain configuration across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and the GTM tool ecosystem.
•Develop declarative automations in Flow, validation rules, and assignment/routing logic; gradually grow into light programmatic work.
•Support and troubleshoot integrations across the stack using Celigo iPaaS and Salesforce APIs to keep data flowing cleanly.
•Own data quality work including deduplication/matching, migrations, bulk updates, and cleanup; run UAT and testing for changes.
•Manage users, permissions, and security configuration, and partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate priorities into delivered solutions.

Key Requirements

•1 to 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or configuration experience, including Sales Cloud and common GTM applications.
•Experience building declarative automation with Flow (validation rules, assignment/routing logic) and configuring objects, fields, and validation.
•Comfort with data work using data loader (or similar tools) and a solid understanding of record movement between connected systems.
•Exposure to QA/UAT and change deployment, with a discipline to test before shipping.
•Familiarity with integrations and APIs (or a clear appetite to learn); scripting or Apex/LWC exposure is a plus.
