Job Summary

Lead execution of global Agentforce go-to-market adoption playbooks as an operational business partner to the Cloud COO. Establish and run a rigorous PMO governance framework, define workstreams and dependencies, and mitigate timeline risks. Own the business rhythm across Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, drive cross-functional accountability across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, and communicate program status through executive dashboards and briefs.

•Serve as the operational right-hand to the Cloud COO leadership team, shaping agendas, capturing action items, and driving follow-through for corporate alignment.
•Establish, scale, and lead Agentforce global GTM PMO governance: define workstreams, map dependencies, track milestones, and mitigate timeline risks.
•Own end-to-end orchestration of the Agentforce business rhythm, including MBRs, QBRs, leadership staff meetings, and readiness syncs.
•Drive cross-functional accountability between Product Management and field execution teams, holding regions, product ops, and enablement accountable to launch timelines and G4G deliverables.
•Synthesize program status, blockers, and performance metrics into executive briefs and visual status dashboards for C-suite review; track operational readiness and enablement alignment.

•8+ years of experience in enterprise program management, PMO leadership, business operations, or an operational business partner role in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
•Proven ability to manage large, multi-faceted, matrixed corporate programs from initiation through global launch, with governance, KPIs, and tracking methodologies.
•Strong executive presence to navigate complex organizational dynamics, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
•Pragmatic execution focus: break down complex goals into workstreams, assign clear ownership, and build repeatable structured processes.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
