Key Responsibilities

  • •Support lead HRBPs with day-to-day HR needs, prepare for business reviews, and handle employee touchpoints.
  • •Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across regions on policy questions, coaching, and routine escalations.
  • •Own end-to-end execution on HR programs and initiatives including performance cycles, compensation planning, onboarding/offboarding, and policy rollouts.
  • •Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, including drafting communications and analyzing people data to surface insights for HRBPs.
  • •Track open items, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and partner with HR colleagues globally to coordinate across time zones and regional nuance.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced global environment.
  • •Strong communication skills to interact professionally with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities, close loops, and follow through on commitments.
  • •Active daily user of AI tools with demonstrated habits for using them to work smarter.
  • •Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals including employee relations, performance management, employment law basics, and HRIS systems.
