Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of data center construction projects as Owner Representative and Project Manager.
  • •Work with the general contractor to build and establish the Master Project Schedule (Critical Path, P6 cost/resource loaded schedule).
  • •Create and establish the Master Project Budget, including hard/soft costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, and allowances.
  • •Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, and bid recommendations.
  • •Lead cost/change control (change order review, negotiation, recommendations, and delay analysis) along with schedule monitoring and documentation control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
  • •5 or more years of related experience.
  • •Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a solid track record of leading capital projects.
  • •Solid track record of leading vendor compliance to construction agreements.
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
