Job Summary

Serve as a QA and UX/UI subject matter expert for government contracting work, driving user research, usability testing, and accessibility-compliant interface design. •Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows (using Figma) and iterate on design concepts.
•Ensure compliance with federal accessibility standards including Section 508 and WCAG.
•Collaborate with developers, product managers, and federal stakeholders to align design with technical and mission requirements.
•Navigate products and create manual test scripts or user guides; maintain design documentation for federal standards and audits.

•Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), design, computer science, or related field.
•5-8 years of experience in IT; 4 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education.
•Demonstrated experience converting business processes into usable diagrams with personas for application development teams.
•Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics.
•Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, with strong understanding of USWDS, HTML/CSS, and accessibility compliance (Section 508, WCAG).
