Senior Business Analyst

Drive early-stage exploration and hypothesis development for PlayStation Services, translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches. Partner with Integrated Services leadership, analytics partners, product managers, and data scientists to prototype, run exploratory analyses, and shape experimentation and modeling that improve PlayStation Plus performance. Build repeatable analytical templates and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders to accelerate high-impact decision-making.
