Job Summary

Partner with business and strategy teams to deliver optimized financial solutions, budgeting, and rolling forecasts. Drive finance process improvements with the Platform team, assess risks in non-standard deals and contracts, and evaluate billing/quotation adjustments. Own revenue recognition rules and support cloud product metering and billing reasonableness. Lead monthly close activities including journal entries and contribute recurring ad hoc revenue accounting and order-to-cash analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with business and strategy teams to provide optimized financial solutions or advice.
•Prepare and review managerial budgets and rolling forecasts; track performance and conduct financial analysis.
•Collaborate with the Platform team to build and refine finance-related processes supporting new initiatives and controlling business risk.
•Review non-standard deals and contracts/agreements and assess risks and exposures in line with accounting policy.
•Own revenue recognition rules for different scenarios; assess reasonableness of cloud-product metering and billing and perform monthly close journal entries.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of relevant FP&A experience as a Finance Business Partner or in audit/advisory with a strong track record.
•Strong technical finance expertise in revenue accounting, accounts receivable (AR), and order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
•Experience reviewing non-standard deals/contracts and assessing financial risks and exposures per accounting policy.
•Proficiency in Mandarin for frequent communication with Chinese stakeholders.
•Experience designing/optimizing finance processes or performing contract/agreement review in a technology company.
