Key Responsibilities

•Own quarterly goals for your team and lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
•Collaborate with product management, design and analytics by ideation and articulating technical constraints, balancing risks and trade-offs.
•Proactively identify issues and lead in solving project, process, technology or business challenges.
•Support operations and availability of artifacts by creating/monitoring metrics and participating in on-call efforts.
•Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting code review/design standards and sharing them through writing and talks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

•4+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale using languages like Python or Kotlin.
•Track record of developing highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
•Deep expertise of Kubernetes resource management, Helm charts, and operator patterns, centered around security workloads.
•Experience defining a technical plan for the delivery of a significant feature or system component with an elegant, simple and extensible design.
•Proven ability to make significant changes in a large code base and develop tools/practices to enable safe delivery.
