Job Summary

Support the growth and partner experience for merchant referral and integrated payments partners. Coordinate internally across sales, operations, credit/underwriting, product, and risk to deliver a seamless, compliant partner journey. Serve as the primary contact for commercial bank net-new partner and merchant opportunities, maintain deep industry and product expertise, identify early warning signals, and help execute go-to-market strategies for targeted clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Intake, plan, and deploy new referral and partnership relationships with the Channel Sales Manager, Payment Advisors, and Relationship Managers.
•Serve as the central point of contact for the Commercial Bank on net-new partner opportunities and direct merchant sales opportunities for the Technology Sales Team.
•Build and maintain trusted relationships across partner organizations, while monitoring partner success, customer experience, and credit quality and escalating early warning signs.
•Partner with credit, compliance, legal, and risk teams to implement mitigation strategies and ensure alignment with bank policies, risk standards, and strategic priorities.
•Collaborate with internal and external/vendor partners to develop and execute go-to-market business development strategies, including fit clients, pricing strategy, and targeted offerings.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7 years’ experience in merchant portfolio management or merchant sales, with experience working with the Fiserv platform a plus.
•Proficient knowledge of merchant systems, payments integrations, and 3rd-party payment integrations and processing.
•Experience working with channel partners, fintechs, ISVs, or other third-party partners.
•Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to balance day-to-day servicing with proactive growth initiatives while staying highly organized.
