Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high level quality and compliance on PTI finish installations through support and ongoing training.
  • •Visit and communicate with pool builders/applicators to address installation quality and customer concerns.
  • •Travel to installers/builders within specific regions for scheduled visits and urgent issues.
  • •Inspect and resolve escalated customer situations and perform minor repairs as needed.
  • •Document and update customer interactions in PTI’s customer service software, forms, and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide ongoing training and support to PTI’s installer base to ensure quality and compliance of finish installations.

  • •Have experience with pool plastering, cement finishing, or an educational degree in a construction-related field.
  • •Maintain strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and monitor activities and projects.
  • •Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 60% within the region.
