Applied researcher/engineer building and refining multimodal video foundation models for production use. You’ll blend research, data, and system design to create controllable, personalized model variants and collaborate with product, research, and design to ship production-ready capabilities for enterprise creative workflows.

Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain model variants for controllability and features using SFT, RL, personalization, distillation, control adapters, and more.
•Architect data engine for rapid adaptation using proprietary vertical-specific datasets to create specialized finetunes and improve future training recipes.
•Define and drive end-user quality by setting success metrics and building user-aligned evaluations, iterating on model/data/evals loop for fidelity and reliability in enterprise verticals.
•Collaborate with Product, Research, and Design to translate creative intent and user feedback into model behavior, intuitive controls, and production-ready capabilities.
•Adapt and deploy models to production across modeling, data, systems, and evaluation.

Key Requirements

•Strong ML fundamentals with deep experience in visual generative models (diffusion/transformers or related architectures).
•Hands-on Python and deep learning engineering skills (ideally PyTorch).
•Experience with personalization, fine-tuning, domain adaptation, data curation, targeted distillation, interpretability, or human-feedback-driven refinement.
•Ability to work across modeling, data, systems, and evaluation to adapt and deploy models to production.
•Experience collaborating with creative partners (VFX, animation, film, design tools) is a plus.
