Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support setup of the fulfillment center (racking, packing stations, labelling areas, safety signage).
  • •Receive and process inbound containers and help establish receiving procedures.
  • •Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core warehouse activities.
  • •Perform day-to-day warehouse tasks: unload containers, handle merchandise, sort, and conduct inventory counts/space improvements.
  • •Process returns (receive, sort, inspect for quality, and restock) and prepare orders by picking merchandise and printing/applying shipping labels.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
  • •Valid HRW Forklift Licence (LF class, NSW), essential for the role.
  • •Ability to work physically for extended periods, including lifting up to 49 lbs / 22 kg and working in variable temperatures.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes consistently, including inspections and quality checks.
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent); experience with quality control, returns processing, or furniture handling is a plus.
