Job Summary

Analyze, advise, manage, and report on a portfolio of investment real estate assets within the Private Bank’s policies. Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, liquidation, lease management, insurance and tax processing, and third-party vendor coordination. Maintain complete asset documentation, conduct on-site inspections, and mitigate/escalate risks. Partner as a real estate specialist to support new business development with attorneys and CPA centers of influence.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, advise, manage, and report on a portfolio of investment real estate assets while identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks.
•Serve as a subject matter expert to advisor teammates and clients.
•Acquire, maintain, liquidate, and oversee real estate assets according to governing documents or prudent judgment.
•Manage lease activities including negotiation, tenant creditworthiness, tenant improvements, tenant relations, and account receivables.
•Oversee third-party vendors and manage asset documentation, on-site inspections, insurance coverages/claims, and tax payments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, General Business, Management, or Real Estate (Real Estate preferred).
•4+ years of relevant experience in real estate or asset management.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Detail-oriented with strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
