Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a rolling 18-month demand forecast at the business group level using forecasting techniques and demand planning software.
  • •Collaborate on a monthly cadence with Category Management, Marketing, Business Leaders, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align on forecasts.
  • •Lead the assigned Demand Review meeting in the monthly S&OP cycle and challenge forecast areas that don’t align with trends and analysis.
  • •Run reporting on forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and forecast evolution, and improve accuracy by analyzing errors and implementing action plans.
  • •Collaborate with Supply Planning and Replenishment to optimize inventory flow, reduce constraints and lead times, and support strategic and annual planning activities.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of demand planning experience preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical field preferred.
  • •Experience planning demand for imported products with long lead times is preferred.
  • •Strong analytical skills to scrutinize data and concepts in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
