  • •Provide strategic financial partnership to business unit leaders, including evaluation of investments and business development initiatives.
  • •Drive planning and analysis for the business unit: annual planning, long-range planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
  • •Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analytics, consolidating business activities into actionable insights.
  • •Perform KPI-focused financial modeling and qualitative analysis to advise on financial impact of operational decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related business function, with a focus on FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).

  • •Demonstrated ability to excel in ambiguous, fast-changing, or greenfield environments (e.g., startup, scale-up, new business unit, or 0-to-1).
