Job Summary

Lead end-to-end development of production-quality Indoor GIS capabilities that combine AI-assisted indoor mapping, feature extraction, and 3D reality visualization. Own complex engineering features, prototype and architect technical components, and explore Gaussian splats, semantic search, visual positioning, and reality capture integrations. Build robust C++, C#, and Python systems for spatial/imagery processing, evaluate LLM and computer-vision models, mentor engineers, and communicate tradeoffs to technical and product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Prototype, architect, and implement production-quality components for AI-assisted indoor mapping, feature extraction, and geospatial data workflows.
•Lead technical exploration of Gaussian splats, 3D mesh-derived level generation, visual positioning, semantic search, and reality capture integration patterns.
•Design and develop robust C++, C#, and Python components for spatial data, imagery/video frames, geometry processing, and quality-review workflows.
•Evaluate and integrate LLMs, multimodal models, embedding/vector search, and computer vision models to improve automation, validation, and user experience.
•Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, establish engineering standards, and communicate technical findings and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

•Experience with image analysis, computer vision, or 3D/graphics programming.
