Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate institutional relationships with federal, state, and municipal bodies involved in environmental licensing and traditional community-related topics.
  • •Serve as the main technical focal point with institutions such as INCRA and Fundação Cultural Palmares, ensuring ongoing institutional alignment.
  • •Organize and lead strategic agendas, including meetings, workshops, technical visits, and forums with public agents and other stakeholders.
  • •Develop and review institutional documents (executive presentations, correspondence, minutes, opinions, and management reports) to support decision-making.
  • •Coordinate Quilombola Component studies and CLPI processes, monitor regulatory timelines/conditions and institutional commitments, manage specialized consultants, and perform in-person follow-up in Brasília and in company territories.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed higher education in Institutional Relations, Government Relations, Law, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Political Science, International Relations, or related areas.
  • •Availability to reside in Belo Horizonte/MG or Brasília/DF.
  • •Proven experience in institutional and governmental relationship work with federal, state, and municipal public agencies.
  • •Experience with environmental licensing processes, stakeholder management, and institutional articulation in large-scale projects.
  • •Experience with traditional communities, quilombola component, territorial regularization, or Consulta Livre, Prévia e Informada (CLPI) is a relevant differentiator.
