Key Responsibilities

•Own backlog and sprint planning for both the agent platform and per-client builds; plan, prioritize, run standups and reviews to keep delivery on track
•Translate signed functionality into crisp user stories, conversation/flow designs, and acceptance criteria for engineering
•Maintain the agent template library and drive the reuse vs. bespoke balance to improve efficiency
•Define success criteria, instrument metrics, and drive pilots toward measurable conversions
•Own agent QA to ensure the behavior aligns with the SOF before client delivery

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 3,000 - 3,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•3–5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, services-tech, or AI/automation
•Track record of shipping real products with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
•Strong written and spoken English; comfortable client-facing with US companies
•Analytical fluency: funnels, conversion metrics, and at least spreadsheet-level data skills (SQL-level preferred)
•Rigorous requirement writing: specs, stories, and acceptance criteria with little room for misinterpretation
