Key Responsibilities

  • •Own backlog and sprint execution for both the agent platform and per-client builds, including prioritization and standups/reviews.
  • •Translate Statement of Functionality into user stories, conversation/flow designs, and engineering acceptance criteria.
  • •Maintain an agent template library by improving the reusable vs. bespoke ratio after each build.
  • •Define success criteria for pilots, instrument metrics, and drive conversion based on those criteria.
  • •Ensure agent behavioral QA matches what the Statement of Functionality promised before client delivery.
