Own Japan P&L, growth targets, and market strategy while building relationships with partners, merchants, financial institutions, and regulators. Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, recruit and manage a local team, and provide market intelligence and localization recommendations to HQ to establish Fasset as a leading stablecoin neobank in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Fasset’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for Japan.
•Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.

•Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Japan.
•Recruit, manage, and develop a local team and provide market intelligence and localization recommendations to HQ.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a country/market lead role, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
•Deep network and understanding of Japan’s financial, tech, or startup ecosystem.
•Track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluency in English; proficiency in local language(s) of Japan strongly preferred.
