Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle procurement activities for direct materials and project requirements, ensuring timely availability of materials and services.
  • •Drive commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing, quality, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual agreements.
  • •Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives through strategic sourcing, supplier development, rate contracts, and alternate vendor identification.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Projects, Planning, Finance, and Global Procurement teams to support business objectives and project execution.
  • •Manage vendor onboarding and supplier performance, generate MIS/spend analysis reports, ensure timely purchase order release and documentation, and maintain compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech with 8+ years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, preferably within Automation, Industrial, EPC, or Manufacturing.
  • •Experience in project procurement is an added advantage.
  • •Strong negotiation and contracting skills with a track record of achieving savings and favorable commercial terms.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including spend analysis and financial modeling.
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems, procurement tools, spend analytics, and Microsoft Office.
