Job Summary

Support bakery production by operating, monitoring, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment used to process fillings and dough. Follow Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintain schedules for quality and workplace safety, and complete assigned skills training and rotations. Work various shifts, including overtime as needed, and collaborate with the line team lead to startup, shut down, and keep production running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•Support company safety procedures with a focus on zero injuries while working scheduled shifts.
•Operate, maintain, sanitize, and monitor bakery production equipment for fillings and dough.
•Follow SQF and GMP requirements during production processing and shutdown procedures.
•Receive additional training and perform responsibilities to maintain production schedules and quality.
•Perform other tasks as required by the team leader or line lead and work overtime as needed.

•Follow and comply with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

•Demonstrate behaviors that support company safety procedures with a focus on zero injuries.
•Preferred: food processing/packaging and automated machinery experience, plus experience in USDA/FDA/OSHA or GMP-compliant environments.
