Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development by identifying and originating opportunities in industry conversations and professional networks.
  • •Oversee capture and proposal responses, including narrative development, cross-team coordination, pricing, team definition, subcontractor engagement, and internal risk/compliance review.
  • •Lead delivery teams (5–8 consultants/senior consultants) across inter-dependent workstreams, including client interaction on progress and insight validation.
  • •Manage stakeholder inputs from regional leadership, directors, client account managers, and technical experts to surface key delivery choices, risks, and constraints.
  • •Provide quality assurance over scope, assumptions, analyses, and deliverable production, while supporting project financial performance and mentoring junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 10 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency), including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Typically at least 8 years management consulting experience or equivalent.
  • •Domain expertise in at least two areas such as corporate/enterprise strategy, organizational assessment & transformation, capital projects advisory, decarbonization/climate action, economic development, or technology-led transformation.
  • •Preferred: 12 years of related industry experience and/or an MBA or master’s in related fields.
  • •Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and strong technical skills using tools like ArcGIS and quantitative/statistical programs such as R or Python.
