  • •Manage shop floor operations and reporting, including production, scrap, and labor tracking in SAP; adhere to the production schedule and priorities/run rate.
  • •Train, develop, and motivate shop floor personnel; support digital process strength, testing, change requests, upgrades, and create incident tickets for technical issues.
