Facilitate multi-week new-hire training and nesting, including floor training and BQM training, for a tech program. Create, update, and deliver training materials, documents, and learning experiences spanning product, behavioral, and tool changes. Supervise and coach learners during OJT and nesting environments, oversee progression, and provide feedback to help trainees meet performance metrics. Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams and complete accurate training reports.
