Key Responsibilities

•Lead and refine growth strategies for assigned enterprise accounts, and develop multi-year strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and Autodesk objectives.
•Identify expansion opportunities across new business units and buyer groups and drive product adoption in complex organizations.
•Own pipeline development and forecasting for growth, expansion, and renewal opportunities using data-driven insights.
•Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and act as a trusted advisor connecting Autodesk capabilities to strategic objectives.
•Lead cross-functional account teams and orchestrate account planning to ensure post-sale adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 10+ years of enterprise sales, strategic account management, or consultative business development.
•Proven success managing complex enterprise accounts and driving significant revenue growth.
•Experience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations.
•Demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial negotiations, renewals, expansions, and multi-year enterprise agreements.
•Strong track record of pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
