  • •Provide advanced proficiency in routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution, and sales related to deposit, credit, convenience, and other product/service lines.
  • •Support meeting or exceeding client service and individual/branch sales targets by developing, expanding, and retaining relationships through consultative conversations.
  • •Conduct consultative conversations and act on or refer more complex client needs or financial goals to internal specialists.
  • •Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and advance product and sales knowledge through meetings, training classes, and web-based learning.
