Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the ML function for Accelerate, owning the complete ML stack from roadmap to deployment.
  • •Collaborate with product, data engineering, and platform engineering teams to ship scalable ML solutions.
  • •Design and implement a Cross-Channel Budget Allocation Engine to optimize ROAS across platforms.
  • •Develop and productionize models for Bid Optimization, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Performance Forecasting.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic vision to scale ML capabilities across the product.
