  • •Lead marketing strategy for IMG’s product suite, aligning plans and priorities to business goals and growth opportunities.
  • •Identify opportunities to position funds in-market and across other business segments to support portfolio objectives.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to ensure marketing strategies are informed, measurable, and adaptable to changing needs and market conditions.
  • •Oversee team delivery of digital and traditional marketing tactics and media, including creative development, planning, and execution.
  • •Manage, hire, and develop talent—providing coaching and feedback and driving accountability for programs staying on strategy and schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
  • •10+ years of related professional experience in marketing, insurance or related field, including previous management or project leadership experience.
  • •Experience developing and guiding portfolio-level marketing strategies and using competitor insights, audience data, and campaign results to influence decisions.
  • •Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance, identify trends, and recommend adjustments.
  • •FINRA Series 6 required within 120 days of hire.
