Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor and uphold brand standards while delivering market-leading fitness expertise.
  • •Deliver high quality personal training programs and sessions to clients, ensuring safety and maximizing exercise effectiveness.
  • •Engage with members, providing fitness and motivational support and maintaining clear communication to ensure members feel welcome and valued.
  • •Complete ongoing training/development such as MY ZONE, 6D, and RISE through Fitness First Education Academy and UAEReps requirements.
  • •Contribute to the club’s success by supporting events, maintaining professional appearance, and adhering to PT model and KPI expectations.
