Job Summary

Own end-to-end execution of regional, cross-functional logistics transformation projects supporting TRANS4RM (S4Hana) implementation. Drive project delivery using PM methodology, manage dependencies, and lead change management efforts including training, UAT, Hypercare, Cutover, and Go Live. Partner with Product, Tech, PMO, Markets, and Global Logistics teams to optimize inbound logistics processes, improve governance visibility, and capture lessons learned to enhance future performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Senior Manager in executing cross-functional projects, managing dependencies, and driving change management and innovative solutions.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of regional projects using PM methodology, communicating effectively and managing project dependencies and escalations.
•Execute T4RM (S4Hana) implementation governance, including stakeholder consultation, training, UAT validation, Hypercare, Cutover, and Go Live.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the inbound logistics scope and align deliverables and timelines with leadership and project teams.
•Coordinate stakeholder engagement for change management, including building support, addressing resistance, and sustaining change through ongoing reviews and reinforcement.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Supply Chain Management or related areas (or equivalent).
•5–6 years of progressive program/project management experience in logistics/transport or supply chain.
•Recognized program management qualification and experience managing large budgets and delivering change/transformation.
•PMP or PMI certification is a plus.
•Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and manage cross-functional teams.
