Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and infrastructure for India sites, ensuring safety, regulatory, and legal compliance.
  • •Manage FM vendor relationships and coordinate with procurement, legal, compliance, and finance teams for facility-related services.
  • •Develop and maintain facilities performance metrics and dashboards; track and control operational expenditure and manage the Annual Operating Plan.
  • •Oversee transport services and provide logistical/admin support for organization-wide requirements.
  • •Champion sustainability initiatives and develop business resilience programs for India sites; design effective workspaces and promote employee engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 12-14 years of progressive facilities management experience in multi-location and IT & ITES service organizations, with an engineering degree and MBA.
  • •Exceptional leadership skills to collaborate across departments, coach teams, and manage escalations.
  • •Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost efficiency, and operational expenditure control.
  • •Vendor management experience and PMO skills to support standardization of facilities services and initiatives.
  • •Engineering and construction exposure, including building at least 5,000–70,000+ sft office space (interiors, MEP design and execution) and coordinating civil construction/SEZ-STPI compliance.
