Job Summary

Experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across Order Management, Order Orchestration and PLM. Lead client-facing discussions, requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, configuration, testing, data migration (FBDI/ADFDi) and end-to-end O2C/PLM processes, delivering functional solutions and coordinating with Oracle Support.

Job Function: Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across modules (Order Management, Order Orchestration, PLM) and costing
•Coordinate client discussions, CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions independently
•Configure workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support customization requirements across modules
•Develop functional test cases and system integration test cases including interfaces like EDI
•Perform SCM data upload/migration using FBDI & ADFDi templates and support period-end activities

Key Requirements

•6–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion SCM
•Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across modules such as Order Management, Order Orchestration, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and costing
•Perform fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and user training
•Manage the SCM track independently and conduct client-facing discussions, CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions
•Develop Functional Test Cases and System Integration Test Cases, including interfaces from boundary systems such as EDI
