Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver land development and municipal engineering projects that strengthen communities and enhance infrastructure resilience throughout southern Alberta and beyond.
  • •Manage the full project lifecycle for land development and municipal infrastructure projects, from concept design through construction and post-construction acceptance, including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments, as well as roadway and municipal reserve works.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, technologists, and subconsultants to achieve high-quality, compliant project delivery aligned with municipal and regulatory requirements for public and private sector clients.
  • •Act as a key client contact for developers, municipalities, and agencies, fostering strong relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and practical project insight.
  • •Prepare and oversee approval submissions, including engineering drawings, technical reports, servicing briefs, planning applications, and environmental documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or CET designation in Alberta with 4+ years of municipal infrastructure experience.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex projects and navigate local planning and approval processes.
  • •Proficiency in civil design tools such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, modelling software, and project coordination platforms.
  • •Valid driver’s license and readiness to engage with municipalities across southern Alberta.
  • •Familiarity with Alberta Environmental standards and guidelines.
