Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor department cost transactions and conduct month-end close processes.
  • •Provide cost and trend analysis and support the Metals Operations budgeting process, including cost model, SAP uploads, and plan presentations.
  • •Manage and upskill stakeholders in cost control.
  • •Evaluate department capital projects ($10M or less).
  • •Manage and improve financial tools and systems and provide financial insights and reporting to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus 10 years of related work experience.
  • •10 years of experience in finance and presenting complex financial or operational data to internal stakeholders.
  • •5 years of experience in mining operations.
  • •5 years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling, including analyzing business and value chain data and making recommendations.
  • •5 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects and using Microsoft Office, SAP, and Power BI.
