•Lead piloting and integration of new technology capabilities to enhance user experience across e-commerce products.
•Analyze recurring bug patterns and implement systemic solutions to keep websites functional and easy to use.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•Expertise in back-end development with languages such as Go, Java, C#, and C++, including containers and gRPC.
•Experience with API development, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems (e.g., Kafka).
•Strong understanding of SDLC including testing, automation, deployment, and release strategies, plus deep observability (monitoring, logging, alerting).
•Experience developing cloud-ready components and using database software, systems integration, and data structures; familiarity with Generative AI for code development.
