Key Responsibilities

  • •On-site EUV CS technical work: repair, fault resolution, upgrades, and routine PM to ensure availability, yield, and safe compliance.
  • •Execute defined service actions (basic and advance actions) and perform post-service checks such as leak check, functional tests, and recipe health checks.
  • •Run daily/shift, weekly, and monthly/quarterly PM activities including system health monitoring, visual inspections, consumable/parts tracking, and calibration/baseline checks.
  • •Maintain high-quality material/product control: identify damaged/missing materials, lock/store as required, manage PMR returns, and track part serials/hours.
  • •Provide customer communications and knowledge transfer: update progress/risks orally and in writing, complete forms/reports, and participate in CI/RCA.

Key Requirements

  • •Perform work according to SOP/WI and follow key safety requirements (e.g., LOTO and 2-person rule).
  • •Demonstrate hardware hands-on skills or relevant practical experience with attention to detail and discipline.
  • •Be able to communicate and document in both Chinese and English.
  • •Handle basic fault troubleshooting and support returning equipment to operation within instruction scope.
  • •Be willing to work shifts (including nights) and provide weekend support as scheduled.
