Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee provision of resources to ensure efficient operation during shift.
  • •Oversee and enforce safety and regulatory compliance requirements, establishing a safe and professional day-to-day environment.
  • •Administer and interpret the collective bargaining agreement and company policies for represented and non-represented employees, providing coaching and counseling as appropriate.
  • •Communicate station matters to frontline employees, lead monthly floor leadership team meetings, support JLT/ALT engagement, and support continuous improvement (CI).
  • •Use on-the-job training to assess and develop Crew Chiefs and Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs), assign workload, and update Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) on workload progress including out-of-service aircraft.
