  • •Adjust machine sensors, table, and roller; run fasteners through the sorter and follow the “hot” schedule.
  • •Check “good parts” with micrometers, calipers, and dial gauges to ensure blueprint specification compliance.
  • •Log parts sorted (part number, pieces, customer, and time required).
  • •Maintain housekeeping/safety, clean/grease equipment as needed, and assist in other warehouse areas when required.
