Job Summary

Join ASML's Customer Support team to perform system upgrade, installation and relocation activities at customer sites. You’ll install equipment, perform upgrades and provide hands-on technical support under close supervision, while sharing knowledge with the team and ensuring proper documentation and adherence to procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Problem analysis and approach: Gather information, analyze with defined means, and execute initial approach to solve problems under supervision.
•Problem handovers and routing: Document data for problems and hand over to experienced 1st line technicians.
•Installation: Install equipment at customer locations, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test.
•Upgrade: Execute hardware installation and system setup/recovery for upgrade packages under close guidance of experienced team members.
•Procedures: Plan and arrange parts, tools, and information to execute procedures with guidance.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience; or equivalent experience.
•Flexibility to accommodate various work settings, locations and cross-functional collaboration.
•Experience or ability to install equipment at customer locations, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test per guidance.
•Experience or ability to perform hardware upgrades and system setup/recovery for upgrade packages under guidance.
•Ability to explain actions to users for correct malfunctions, routine maintenance and procedural changes.
