Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain deep customer relationships with scientists, heads of research, IT managers, and other stakeholders.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact for Success Package delivery post-go-live, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • •Partner with customers, CX stakeholders, and sales to optimize customer Benchling instances and drive engagement and expansion outcomes.
  • •Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues impacting customer success across budget, scope, product gaps, and adoption.
  • •Lead projects including configuration and maintenance of customer Benchling tenants, process documentation, and delivery of Optimization Services Accelerators.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of active Benchling experience with hands-on familiarity and ability to independently lead customer-facing engagements.
  • •BS or M.Sc in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Bioengineering, or a similar life science field.
  • •Experience in a lab or research setting with the ability to quickly understand complex scientific concepts.
  • •Skilled in internal business systems and project management tools, including LucidChart, Smartsheets, Jira, Certinia, etc.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to present and connect with stakeholders from scientists to executives leadership.
