Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership to a team of Electronics Engineers, driving development and delivery of integrated electronics solutions across self-developed and JDM modules.
  • •Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, investigations, and ensure early robust engineering decisions and resolution of complex technical issues.
  • •Own and guide development of power electronics and microcontroller-based electronic circuits, including circuit design, analysis, troubleshooting, verification, and validation.
  • •Set and uphold engineering standards to meet product specifications and functional requirements, including performance, reliability, DFM, cost, and compliance with IEC/UL/EMC.
  • •Influence cross-functional teams and guide supplier/contract manufacturer readiness; coach and develop junior engineers and represent electronics on-site when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years of electronics development experience, including technical leadership and design knowledge in areas like power electronics, analogue/digital electronics, high-speed design, and sensing technologies.
  • •Experience with embedded microcontroller-based platforms (e.g., 8-bit, 16-bit, ARM Cortex).
  • •Experience with high-speed circuit design and using simulation tools for calculations and tolerance analysis.
  • •Experience with electronics laboratory/test equipment and schematic capture/PCB layout tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics), plus EMC troubleshooting experience.
