Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general labor responsibilities under general supervision, promptly and efficiently.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and attaching/detaching hoses as needed.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment and control/monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and equipment inspections.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas; monitor and record inventory quality; report customer complaints, repair needs, and safety concerns.

Key Requirements
