Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive critical Salesforce CRM projects and technical strategy, leading design and implementation of scalable, secure solutions that integrate with enterprise systems.
  • •Spearhead strategic initiatives including process automation and data integration to improve operational efficiency and business agility.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to identify and prioritize key projects.
  • •Mentor and develop a team through design reviews, code reviews, and quality/standards oversight; contribute to architectural designs.
  • •Own the Salesforce ecosystem end-to-end, addressing complex technical challenges to ensure reliability, performance, scalability, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs; ability to design and implement complex, scalable solutions.
  • •Salesforce Developer I & II certifications are required; Salesforce System Architect and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is highly preferred.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, including upleveling engineers and supporting geographically dispersed teams.
  • •Proficiency integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and IPaaS solutions, including managing data flows across platforms.
  • •Experience establishing governance frameworks for compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and internal data security and privacy policies.
