Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end lead upload processes for partner campaigns and events, ensuring clean formatting, tagging, and accurate partner attribution.
  • •Audit campaign member statuses and partner accounts to maintain accurate data for executive leadership reporting.
  • •Coordinate assembly, packaging, and distribution of global “campaign-in-a-box” toolkits for partner execution.
  • •Maintain the self-service partner portal by keeping assets organized and up to date, and assist with reviewing partner-submitted co-branded materials.
  • •Support partner summit and event logistics, including timelines, registration tracking, vendor communications, and budget processes (POs and vendor invoices).

Key Requirements

  • •3–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Event Coordination, or Partner/Channel Marketing support roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for basic reports.
  • •Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for formatting partner lead lists and tracking budgets.
  • •Experience organizing digital assets, managing shared drives, or updating a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform/CMS portal.
