Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and review underwriting work across multiple projects to ensure proper resource use and schedule adherence.
  • •Provide advisory support to colleagues by measuring exposure, analyzing risk, and recommending coverage aligned to risk and compliance processes.
  • •Research primary data and identify themes and trends to support operational decisions on which coverage to provide.
  • •Assess complex customer cases, evaluate unique needs, and use rating tools and methodologies to deliver quotes and suggest improvements.
  • •Build customer relationships by handling queries and offering advice that creates additional value for the organization and customers.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong Workers Compensation expertise, including experience underwriting franchised auto dealers (preferred).
  • •High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant underwriting/market-facing or claims/underwriting support experience (level-dependent).
  • •Experience working under time constraints for quotes on new and renewal business.
  • •Knowledge/experience using Microsoft Office.
