Key Responsibilities

  • •Support CPM scheduling, Earned Value Management, and Schedule Risk Analysis
  • •Review contractor schedules for compliance with contract documents
  • •Track and verify progress against baseline schedules and prepare schedule updates and progress narratives
  • •Prepare graphical reports (e.g., Gantt charts and histograms)
  • •Support What-If, recovery schedule scenarios, and assist with Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and claims reviews

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience
  • •3-5 years of experience in construction scheduling or related field office/inspection work
  • •Power and Energy experience is required
  • •Familiarity with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
  • •Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare clear written reports
